Our New Generation (NG) barges, A.M.S. PERTH & A.M.S. DARWIN, have recently been involved in the successful on-time delivery of various pre-fabricated heavy modules (heavy cargo) at Cape Lambert, WA. The heavy cargo was off-loaded at sea from incoming heavy-lift cargo vessels and successfully transported to the respective barge landing site with minimal issues and down time.
The operation was an overall success; with our client/end user impressed with existing quality of barges procured for the operation. As the barges were delivered in a near new & operationally ready condition; this resulted in lesser outgoing costs for remedial works once the barges have completed their work scope. Feedback from our client remains positive; with strong intentions to developing our business relationship further in the near future.
